It was used to define the ideal male body in works by Leonardo Da Vinci, and now Kyle wants to use it to bring that ideal body to the masses.

• The Adonis Effect Index Manual

The Index Manual gets you introduced to the program and begins the journey to perfection. It explains what the golden ratio is and explains that all women, no matter their age or background, find the same body attractive. The ideal male body is one that follows the golden ratio, and the purpose of the system is to help you to achieve the perfect ratio of broad shoulders, a defined chest, a tight waist, and well-defined leg muscles and arm muscles.

• The Three Nutrition Programs

The Adonis Golden Ratio System comes with three nutritional programs, depending on your goals. They are;

o Burn

Burn is built around burning as much fat as possible. It’s designed to help people who are overweight to get in better shape and burn away their fat.

o Build

The Build program is built around packing on muscle and gaining mass. It promotes eating a high calorie diet and following an intense fitness program for building muscle mass.

o Burn and Build

This program is for people that want to get rid of a little bit of fat and tighten up their muscles. It’s a middle ground between both plans where you can burn fat and build muscle at the same time.

The workout program for the Adonis Golden Ratio System takes a unique and interesting approach to working out. It’s basically built around four individual rep stages.

  1. 5 reps with very heavy weights
  2. 8 reps with heavy weights
  3. 13 reps with moderate weights
  4. 21 reps of light weights

If you know your math, then you might have recognised that this program is built around the Fibonacci sequence, said to be the perfect number sequence. The basic idea of the Fibonacci number is that each number is the sum of the two numbers preceding it. Basically the sequence goes 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, and so on. Kyle believes that as well as being the perfect number sequence, the Fibonacci sequence outlines the perfect number of reps for a workout.
