The workout program for the Adonis Golden Ratio System takes a unique and interesting approach to working out. It’s basically built around four individual rep stages.
- 5 reps with very heavy weights
- 8 reps with heavy weights
- 13 reps with moderate weights
- 21 reps of light weights
If you know your math, then you might have recognised that this program is built around the Fibonacci sequence, said to be the perfect number sequence. The basic idea of the Fibonacci number is that each number is the sum of the two numbers preceding it. Basically the sequence goes 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, and so on. Kyle believes that as well as being the perfect number sequence, the Fibonacci sequence outlines the perfect number of reps for a workout.
